In 2004, 2005, and 2006 polls of over 14,000 attorneys in Indiana, Mr. Fisher was identified as a "Super Lawyer" in the field of personal injury and business litigation. He holds an "AV" rating in Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest available rating for lawyers, based upon that publication's poll of other lawyers practicing in the same community. An "AV" rating is defined as "very high to pre-eminent" with the "highest levels of skill and integrity." He and partner, Debra Miller, are the co-authors of the Personal Injury Law and Practice volume of the Indiana Practice reference series published by West Publishing Company, first published in 1997 and found in most Indiana law firm law libraries. They also edit the annual updates for that reference work. Mr. Fisher has been asked on many occasions to speak at seminars on various topics relating to trial skills.

This is a multi-disciplinary review and analysis of a corporation's business and financial practices, accounting contracts, tax returns, and documents and forms for the purpose of (1) assessing the company's risk of unexpected and avoidable costs, expenses or liabilities, and (2) identifying additional opportunities to gain or retain economic or competitive advantages. Mr. Fisher is one of the founders and developers of this program.
